Eye Candy Cake Co. and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Eye Candy Cake Co. believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Eye Candy Cake Co. and its subsidiaries.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Do you offer Pick-up and Delivery?
    We deliver within a 15 mile radius of Kennesaw, for $10. Orders outside that area may schedule a pick up or select shipping (Shipped orders will be received in 1 business day in GA).
     
    What is your Shipping Policy?
     
    All of our cake pops, cake balls, and macarons are made fresh to order and shipped within 2 business days for orders placed before noon.  We require 2 weeks advance notice for orders of 4 dozen or more. 
     
    Shipping is done by FedEx and is based on box size plus weight and arrival location.  During the cooler months, we are able to ship ground Mon-Thurs depending on your location.  However, during the warmer months, we can only ship 2-day or overnight to ensure quality, and all pops are shipped with insulated cold packs. We also require there be someone to sign for the package during the warmer months to avoid it sitting in the sun for hours.  Shipping will increase during these months due to the faster shipping times, insulated cold packs, and required signature.
     
    Eye Candy Cake Co. cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time (including overnight packages). Please make sure you are aware of any specific delivery policies at your shipping destination that may affect the arrival of your order. Eye Candy Cake Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays, including those resulting from inclement weather, if no person is at the destination to accept the shipment, or for any other reason outside of Eye Candy Cake Co's control.





  • Sales Tax

  • Eye Candy Cake Co. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Return Policy

  • We are very proud of our Cake Pops and take care from creating to shipping to ensure quality. While we don’t expect any damage during shipping, Eye Candy Cake Co. cannot be held responsible or offer refunds for any damage and/or delays that occur once your order has been shipped. Any shipping related refunds should be discussed directly with the shipping vendor.

  • What are Cake Pops?
    Cake pops are a fun, new dessert designed with your tastebuds in mind!  We take your choice of our cakes & frostings, roll them into a sweet ball, then dip them in your choice of candy coatings. 
    Where are you located?
    We are located in Kennesaw, GA. We currently do not have a retail location. We are a home based business and are inspected by the Department of Agriculture. We are approved and licensed by the Department of Agriculture under the Cottage Food Law.
    Are there allergy related ingredients in your products?
    Yes. Wheat, Eggs, Dairy, Nuts.
    Do you offer Gluten-Free Cake Pops?
    Yes,  we offer gluten-free cake pops!  Owner Dawn is gluten-free and knows how to do it right! We do cook in a kitchen with non-gluten products but we take precautions to avoid cross contaimination.
    How far in advance must I place my order?
    Orders must be placed prior to noon (EST)  to ensure 2 business days for processing time
    Please allow 2 weeks for larger orders (4 dozen or more)

    How should I store my Cake Pops/Balls?
    You can store your cake pops at room temperature for up to 1 week (if they last that long!). For a longer shelf life, you can put them in the refrigerator, where they will last up to 2 weeks in an airtight container (please note, this may discolor the candy coating). Or in the freezer, where they will last up to a month in an airtight container (this may also discolor the candy coating).
